Homesync Privacy Policy

Homesync LLC strives to create a privacy atmosphere where you have full control of your content. We will continue to bring the latest controls and options which allow you to have full control of how information is handled on your account. To do this, we may aggregate information obtained through our services and in our content, that may help us improve our product.

Homesync will gather both Personal Data and non-personal information including, but not limited to, first name, last name, gender, birthday, age, email, phone number, IP address, and GPS location upon account creation.

All the information collected is used for the sole purpose of provision of our services and in no case the privacy of your data will be breached. We reserve the right to verify the information provided by the Data Subject before Processing the data as per your Consent. Your email address will be used for sending your promotional offers and newsletters to keep you posted about our new services and products. In case you don’t want to receive such emails, you can opt out by ‘unsubscribing’ from our mailing list.

Homesync logs data such as operating system, your ip address, browser agent, referring web page, pages visited, your mobile carrier, your device, time of login, frequency of login, login time periods and actions you may perform during your session such as search queries, posts, and information saved using our services.


Homesync may also request data such as your home address, work address, travel destinations, and personal activities to enhance services provided to you. Location based services will be able to track your locations.


4. Children

Homesync Terms states that no children under the age of 13 are allowed to obtain or use an account or any of our services. If it comes to our attention that an account is being used by anyone under the age of 13, Homesync may suspend or terminate the account and delete all information associated with it.


5. Third-Party Links, Affiliate Marketing and Ads

We reserve the right to display third-party links, various products and ads based on your preferences and browser history. If you choose to redirect to their websites, you are advised to review their Privacy Policy pages and we take no responsibility for the data protection and privacy of such websites and services.


6. Third Party Services

Homesync connects and sends content various third-party services. When publishing content via Homesync, your content is sent to the servers of these third-party services. Once your content has been published to a third-party service, Homesync is no longer responsible for that content. From the time the content is published to these third-party services, the relevant third-party service Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies will apply to that content. 7. Data Storage and Retrieval

Homesync stores your data on secure servers which are looked after by IT professionals. We can save multiple backups of your data to avoid any mishap in case of any emergency. If you want us to delete your data permanently upon ceasing to use our services, you can request us to erase all of your data.


8. Policy Revisions

Homesync reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. The privacy policy will be reviewed every semester. If there are any changes to the policy, you will be notified via message upon logging into your account. The changes to the policy will also be highlighted by specifying the ‘Last Updated On’ date at the top of the Privacy Policy page.


As per the GDPR, the Data Subject has a number of rights, which he or she can exercise pertaining to his/her data to ensure privacy. These rights are listed below:
