Homesync Terms states that no children under the age of 13 are allowed to obtain or use an account or any of our services. If it comes to our attention that an account is being used by anyone under the age of 13, Homesync may suspend or terminate the account and delete all information associated with it.

Homesync stores your data on secure servers which are looked after by IT professionals. We can save multiple backups of your data to avoid any mishap in case of any emergency. If you want us to delete your data permanently upon ceasing to use our services, you can request us to erase all of your data.

As per the GDPR, the Data Subject has a number of rights, which he or she can exercise pertaining to his/her data to ensure privacy. These rights are listed below:

Portability – Demand his/her data in a structured format for his/her own use or for sharing with another Data Controller
Deletion – You can ask us to permanently erase all the user’s data from our system
