Refund Policy

We strive to make sure that homesync meets your high expectations and standards. In the event you decide to go another direction and would like a refund, we can gladly refund you as follows:

 

Montly Subscription Refund Policy

  • All of our plans come with a 15 day free trial. If you signed up for our free trial and wanted to unsubscribe but forgot to do so, we can refund your 1st payment if you send a refund request within 15 days of that payment.
  • If you have been subscribed for more than 1 month and wanted to unsubscribe but forgot to do so, we can refund your latest monthly payment as long as you send a refund request within 15 days of that payment.

  • Your Email address assocciated with your homesync account.
